Project scope

single storey extension and alterations to existing circa 53 sq. m. dwelling. The extension works measuring circa 92 sq. m. is located to the rear and side of the existing dwelling and incorporates a new open plan living area and ancillary rooms. The new works will provide for a new altered layout to the existing dwelling to provide for 3 no bedrooms including modifications to elevations and finishes, the works will also include for a new garage on site, a new well, a proposed new secondary treatment system and percolation area to current EPA guidelines, new landscaping and all associated site works
