• removal of single storey rear extensions and garage and construction of new two storey rear extension increasing dwelling from a two to four-bedroom house with first floor rear balcony. • alterations and renovation of existing cottage and removal of chimney. • amendments to existing dividing boundaries of No. 34 Blacklion dwelling and “Grainuale”, Blacklion, Greystones, Co. Wicklow, A63 KX34. • the development shall provide for associated site development works, drainage, driveway access and landscaping to accommodate the proposed development works
