We hold two categories of data. What you give us on the early-access form (name, email, county, role, budget signal) is used to reply to you and to shape the roadmap. We do not sell it, syndicate it or add you to any newsletter list.
Public planning data
The core of the product is the public planning record — filed by every applicant with a local authority in Ireland. We ingest, enrich and redisplay this data. Individuals’ personal details are display-only (never exported) and there is a public suppression flag any person can request by writing to privacy@constructionleads.ie.
