removal of chimney from gable of existing dwelling, removal of existing tennis court, modifications to existing gate and piers to form new entrance to accommodate new development. Construction of new low level boundary wall and gate to form new entrance and car parking to the front of existing dwelling. Construction to new boundary wall to separate proposed development from private open space of existing dwelling. Construction of 3 No. 5 bedroom, 2 storey with attic accommodation detached dwellings in the rear garden of existing dwelling. Provision of new driveway with pull in areas to serve proposed new dwellings. All together with associated site works, boundary treatments, landscaping, and service connections necessary to complete this development
