Project scope

We, Orchid Homes Ltd., intend to apply for permission for development on lands at Ballinalea, Ashford, Co. Wicklow. The proposed development will consist of the construction of 16 no. 2-storey, terraced houses in 3 no. blocks (Blocks A-C), comprising 11 no. 2 storey, 3 bedroom terraced houses and 5 no 2 storey, 4 bedroom terraced houses; a mixture of in-curtilage and on-street car parking; a private gated laneway to the rear of the houses; public open space; landscaping; boundary treatment; public lighting; new vehicular access to adjoining public road; and all associated site and infrastructure works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
