The proposed development also includes partial demolition to the rear of Ashford House (i.e. ground floor demolition of c.120sq.m). A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared with respect to proposed development and accompanies the planning application
located to the rear / west of Ashford House and east of River Walk , Ballinahinch , Ashford
