Project scope

subdivision of the existing dwelling into 4 no. residential units (consisting of 1 no. studio apartment, 1 no. one-bedroom apartment and 2 no. two-bedroom apartments), together with the construction of an additional 1 no. one-bedroom standalone unit within the curtilage and to the rear of the existing dwelling. The proposed development will also include alterations to the existing dwelling, including modifications to the rear and side elevations, provision of balconies, internal reconfiguration works, and all associated site development works including access, services, boundary treatments and landscaping
