Project scope

(a) omission of the previously proposed covered walkway between St.Helena Cottage & Mentone Cottage; (b) addition of four velux rooflights – two to roof of St. Helena Cottage and two to roof of Mentone Cottage; (c) omission of aluminium window louvres on the southwest elevation of the Bow Lane apartment block; (d) change of roof finishes of the apartment block, from previously approved Alkorplan PVC-P membrane substituted with zinc; (f) change of finish of the apartment block bays from previously approved Alkorplan PVC-P membrane to a silicone render (EWI)
