minor alterations to previously granted planning permission Pl. Ref. No. 25218 consisting of the following: • alterations to overall design of new dwellings previously granted under Pl. Ref. No. 25218 including external door and window design. • alteration to ridge height of new dwellings previously granted under Pl. Ref. No. 25218 to provide attic habitable accommodation. • provision of roof lights including fire escape to new dwellings. • all together with associated site works, boundary treatments, landscaping, and service connections necessary to complete this development
