Project scope

• provision of new vehicular entrance off Southern Cross Road with associated internal access road. • construction of 2 No. warehousing buildings via Southern Cross Road with ancillary office areas. • provision of 70 no. vehicular parking spaces, inclusive of 2 No. electric charging spaces and 3 no. accessible parking spaces and 70 no. bicycle parking spaces. • provision of 1 no. totem signage post to be located at the entranced of proposed development. • construction of new low level boundary wall and railings to southern boundary of site. • all together with ancillary works, inclusive of tree-planting, hard/soft landscaping, boundary treatment, provision of solar panels and SuDS drainage infrastructure, necessary to facilitate the development
