Project scope

retention permission for (1) timber framed and perspex pergola to side and rear of return at ground floor. (2) the general refurbishment and updating of the existing fabric and finishes within the ground floor return, including full kitchen replacement (3) closing up existing back door in ground floor return (4) forming of a new opening to the side wall of the rear return for new glazing and french doors (5) adding new window opening to rear wall of the return (6) minor internal alterations to the lower hall including replacement of two doors and relocation of hall to kitchen door opening (7) extension of retained timber and perspex pergola to suit new french doors side side (8) associated ancillary alterations to site and garden landscaping (a protected structure)
