minor fenestration alterations to the existing dwelling as constructed including the insertion of two dormer windows in the rear roof slope at attic storage level, for as constructed garage/outbuildings incorporating 2 stables and covered dungstead, associated siteworks, and for permission for change of use i.e. the removal of Condition 2 of Planning Reference 05-3838 from restricted use as a dwelling to use by all classes of persons, at Britonstown, Hollywood. The dwelling was previously granted under planning permission reg. ref. no. 05-3838
