Project scope

demolition of existing chimney stack and curved bay window structure, existing window to the front elevation to be removed and reduced in size with obscure glazing. The construction of new bay window structure to front of existing dwelling, the construction of new two storey rear "apex" style roof extension with raised ridge height. Incorporating new kitchen, living room and dining room at dropped ground floor level, minor external front and side elevation alterations, incorporating minor internal alterations on existing ground floor level, master bedroom and ensuite with new roof lights at first floor level. Retention permission is sought for existing single storey sloped roofed building (29 sqm) in existing rear garden associated site works
