Project scope

new two storey part single storey detached dwelling on an infill site at Cherryfield, Chapel Road, Blacklion, Greystones, County Wicklow. The development includes the following: Realignment and upgrade of an existing vehicular driveway to provide shared access to the existing dwelling and the proposed dwelling; Provision of 2 new off street car parking spaces and new vehicular turning area; Subdivision of the site into 2 parcels of land to provide discrete gardens; Connections to all public services and the provision of all necessary ancillary works and site services
