Project scope

construction of 40 no. dwellings consisting of the following: 14 no. four bedroom two storey with attic level accommodation semi-detached dwellings (type A: c. 147 sq.m. each) and 26 no. three bedroom two storey semi-detached and terraced dwellings (type B: 111 sq.m. each), with connections to existing public utilities including a pumping station and a new gravity sewer in the L-5095 road to the proposed outfall at the junction of the R772 and the Ashford Downs Road L-5070, and a surface water attenuation system; a new development entrance, roads, footpaths, public lighting, landscaping, boundaries and boundary treatments, and all associated site development works. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared in respect of the proposed development
