Retention Planning Permission is sought to retain dormer roof with dormer and velux windows as constructed to the front and side of existing dwelling house as an alteration to that granted under PL Ref: 00/2228, Retention Planning Permission is sought to retain first floor attic storage areas as constructed and to retain single storey extension as constructed to the side of the existing dwelling house including the retention of outdoor private amenity area as constructed to the front / side of existing dwelling. Retention Planning Permission is sought to retain domestic shed as constructed to the rear of existing dwelling and Retention Planning Permission is sought to retain domestic garage with games room at first floor level as constructed to the side of existing dwelling house, all ancillary site works and services
