Project scope

permission to construct the following: 1)A bungalow with a low profile roof. 2)A secondary effluent treatment system with a pumped percolation area as a soil polishing filter. 3)A bored well. 4)To upgrade an existing farm entrance and create a new vehicular access to serve residential and agricultural traffic. The proposed upgraded entrance to be in accordance with the requirements of the Roads Department of Wicklow County Council. 5)A ribbon type track across the land to access my site. 6)All ancillary ground works in association with the above. The above development to take place at my property located at Annacarney, Valleymount, Co. Wicklow
