Project scope

development to a) refurbish/alter and upgrade the internal layout of existing derelict dwelling and convert into five apartments consisting of 1 no. studio apartment, 2 no. 1 bed apartments and 2 no. 2 bed apartments, b) construct extension to side of 2nd floor, c) upgrade existing rear external layout by providing security railing and bin storage and all associated works. This application relates to development which will involve the carrying out of works to a structure within an architectural conservation area
