Project scope

(a) a 48m² single-storey extension to the rear of the existing public house for use as a food preparation area; (b) the extension of the curtilage of the public house and associated hardcore surfaced area for customer parking and ancillary use; (c) 1.8 metre high concrete post and panel boundary treatment along the south and east site boundaries; (d) Retention of the placement and use of a food truck for takeaway food sales ancillary to the existing licensed premises; and (e) all associated site development works, services and ancillary works
