Project scope

the change of use of an existing butcher shop premises to a fast food takeaway with no customer seating together with associated internal alterations and fit-out works and will include the provision of kitchen and food preparation areas, customer counter area, food storage areas, installation of an under sink grease trap, installation of associated extraction and ventilation equipment, replacement fascia signage to the existing shopfront, use of the existing rear yard for ancillary bin storage and access and all associated site works (no extension, increase in floor area, alteration to the building footprint, alteration to ground levels, new vehicular access, illuminated signage, projecting signage or digital signage is proposed)
