Construction of a single-storey contemporary three-bedroom extension to the rear, 3. Installation of a proprietary wastewater treatment system and polishing filter, 4. Upgrade of the existing recessed entrance and access driveway, 5. All associated site development works including drainage, landscaping and boundary treatments.
