Project scope

a) Demolition of the existing 2 storey house b) Construction of 41 no. residential units. The residential accommodation proposed consists of 33 no houses that includes 2 no. 2.5-storey 4-bedroom detached dwellings, 6 no. 2.5-storey 4-bedroom semi-detached dwellings, 1 no. 2-storey 4-bedroom detached dwelling, 6 no. 2-storey 4-bedroom semi-detached dwellings, 8 no. 2.5-storey 3-bedroom semi-detached dwellings, 10 no. 2-storey 3-bedroom semi-detached dwellings; 1 no 3-storey Apartment Block comprising of 4 no. 1-bedroom apartments and 4 no. 2-bedroom duplex apartments; 1 no. bin and bike store serving the apartment block; and 1no. ESB substation. The proposed works will include provision of the vehicular and pedestrian access off Kilbride Way. All with associated site works, surface car parking spaces, bin and bike store, open spaces, Landscaping, boundary treatment and drainage
