Project scope

widening of the existing vehicular entrance and expansion of the existing driveway; revisions to the height of existing boundary walls to the south and west boundaries; removal of 4 no. existing rooflights to the south elevation; revisions to existing window openings on the south elevation; construction of a porch and bay window to the front (south) elevation; revisions to existing window openings on the west elevation; minor alterations to the rear of the dwelling including removal of the existing chimney and boiler room; together with internal alterations, refurbishment works, energy upgrade works, and all associated site development and ancillary works
