Project scope

(a.) Proposed change of use from office to healthcare facility to include consultation rooms, meeting rooms, canteen and ancillary administration offices, (b.) Elevational alterations including the removal of existing balconies on first floor, new windows to all elevations, with new external insulation and render to all four elevations, (c.) New external access ramp and steps to front entrance, (d.) Solar photovoltaic panels to existing roof, (e.) Widening of the front entrance to provide pedestrian access at front boundary, (f.) Addition vehicular and cycle parking and EV charging points, (g.) New signage, (h.) All ancillary site works above and below ground
