Project scope

(a.) Reconfiguration of existing ground floor to include for new rooms: proposed new stair core, new battery storage room, new repair workshop, new lift and associated corridors. No net increase in ground floor area (b.) New first floor internal extension of 160m2 additional floor area, located overhead reconfiguration of ground floor already described. First floor extension to consist of three new offices, new storeroom, new stair core and new lift with associated circulation spaces and lobbies (c.) Elevational alterations to front elevation, to include new windows at ground and first floor level, plus widened existing final exit door also on front elevation. (d.) New footpath to provide pedestrian access to new proposed accessible parking space (e.) New bike parking, new EV parking provision (f.) All ancillary site works above and below ground
