the construction of staff accommodation & services buildings comprising – Building 1, 590m sq, two storey communal residence, [20 no. bedrooms & 2 no. communal areas], Building 2, 502m sq, two storey apartments, [6 no. studio & 2 no. 2 bedroom units], Building 3, 47m sq, single storey staff bicycle storage & laundry building; connections to existing private on site waste water treatment facility, landscaping including incorporation of nature-based Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) & all associated works
