Project scope

for (A) Demolition of existing lean to extension to the Rear (north east) Elevation of existing house,(B) the removal of the existing roof over the existing house and the construction of a storey and a half type extension to the Front (south west) elevation(C) Alterations to the existing window fenestration to all elevations of the existing house and amendments to the existing house internal room layout and(D) the decommissioning of the existing septic tank and the installation of a proprietary wastewater treatment system with polishing filter percolation area, and all associated site works.
