Project scope

for the (i) demolition of existing garage and ancillary outbuildings; (ii) construction of new part two storey, part double height pitched roof garage with rooflights - car repair, tyre repair and car sales purpose of the building remains the same, (iii) all necessary drainage and sitework to facilitate development. Revised by Significant further Information which consists of: (i) minor amendment of the development (redline) boundary of the subject site due to the completion of a topographical survey; (ii) clarification of the ownership (blueline) boundary of the subject site; (iii) modifications to the proposed building comprising, a reduction in width, amendment of the front (south west) elevation, and provision of staff facilities; (iv) provision of 4 no. sheltered bicycle parking spaces to the side (west) elevation; (v) provision of 10 no. car parking spaces including 2 no. EV car parking spaces within the applicant’s ownership; (vi) clarification on boundary treatments and construction management of the development
