Project scope

• Demolition of single storey shed to rear; • Change of size, shape and fenestration to approved single storey extension to rear; • Omission of approved front single storey porch extension and addition of single storey extension at ground floor to the front including canopy; • Small increase to depth and change of fenestration to approved first floor extension to rear; • Reduction / reconfiguration of fenestration within approved attic dormer to rear; • Omission / alterations to windows to side / gable elevation at all levels; • All associated internal alterations, drainage, site and ancillary works;
