Project scope

the construction of a single-storey rear extension to the existing dwelling incorporating a pitched roof with vaulted ceiling, including rooflights and associated structural works. The development will also include internal alterations to the existing dwelling, comprising reconfiguration of the internal layout to form a new bathroom and storage areas. The development further includes the demolition of an existing conservatory and shed structures, together with all associated site development works, drainage works, and ancillary works
