The works will include the partial demolition of the existing blockwork boundary wall and the partial removal of an existing hedge to facilitate the proposed opening in the wall for the new entrance. The proposed development will also consist of the installation of an automated sliding gate with the construction of a 3m wide access road and all associated site works within the adjoining Tower Green development site at
