consist of demolition of single storey porch to side and single storey extension to rear, convert existing storage area into liveable space, conservation and restoration of the existing structure for domestic purposes, construct a part single storey and part one and a half storey domestic extension to rear, interior and exterior alterations, appropriate waste water treatment system, connection to mains water supply, new domestic entrance, and all ancillary site works and landscaping.
