A) Change of use of Existing First Floor Storage Area to Proposed Community Dance Studio including new fenestration to side (western) & rear (southern) elevations at first floor level with new entrance door to front (Northern) Elevation at Ground Floor Level, B) Change of use to section of existing ground floor storage area to proposed Sensory Gym, C) Proposed Single Storey Extension with Balcony & Railing Over to Rear of Existing Unit, D) Proposed Two Storey Enclosed Escape Stairwell to Rear of Existing Unit , E) Demolition of Existing Rear Boiler House & Relocation of Same to Side of Existing Unit along with all site development & facilitating works
