Demolition of existing rear shed and change of use of shed and outhouse on rear of ground floor to proposed dwelling unit, 3. Conversion of ground floor of no. 23 Duke St Street front and portion of rear return into a one bed ground floor apartment, 4. Conversion of upper two floors of no. 23 Duke St Street front and part of first floor rear returns, into a three-bedroom dwelling unit, 5. Conversion and extension of remaining part of the rear return of ground and first floor into 2 no. two – bed duplex apartments. 6. Associated site works
