Project scope

1) Demolition of existing chimney stacks, 2) Demolition of existing single storey section to the rear (south) elevation, 3) Demolition of existing roof with new roof throughout with pitched roof to front (north) and rear (south) elevations with roof lights, 4) Proposed single storey flat roof side extension with roof lights to the side (west) elevation linking to existing garage, 5) Conversion of existing garage to habitable dwelling, 6) Proposed single storey flat roof extension to the front (north) elevation, 7) Proposed changes to all elevations and internal alterations to floor plans including all associated site works, 8) New effluent treatment system, 9) New roadside boundary wall, entrance pillars & gates
