Project scope

alterations to existing garden centre retail spaces including retention of first floor retail areas 574m², new access and entrance. Proposed new 2 storey extension to provide storage warehouse to the west of the site 903m². Extension to existing external canopy to the east for covered external retail 916m². Demolition of existing storage building and bungalow on site to allow for increased parking. Extension and alterations to existing café including single storey extensions external food to go/BBQ area and staff area. Converting and refurbishing existing listed bothy/hothouse for use as retail space. Protected structure ref: KD011-028. Proposed new signage and advertising totems to entrance.
