Project scope

domestic extensions and renovations to dwelling for the following elements: A. Rear single storey extension (36m2). B.First floor bedroom extension (11.5m2) to the front (South) and side (East) elevation. C. Elevational improvements including the application of external insulation with render finish to match existing, upgrading existing 3No. front elevation bay windows, dwelling window replacements and architectural feature details added throughout the elevations. D. Change of Use of existing detached Domestic Shed (currently 23m2 & 3.7m in height) to a Home-Gym, plus new extension to include a Domestic Garage (40m2), with the overall height of the completed structure (3.55m), located to the side (West) of the dwelling. E. Replacement of existing Domestic Shed (20m2) with new Boiler House and Home-Work Pod building (11.19m2) to the rear (North) of the dwelling. F. Associated Drainage and Roof alterations due to the above alterations including removal of disused chimney to dwelling. G. Removal of existing gate pier to facilitate widening site access and extend gate from 4.8m to 6m to enhance safe entry and exit. Plus, associated extension of dished kerbing at gate location
