Project scope

construction of a new porch to front of dwelling, single storey extension to the rear, new flat roof to replace existing pitched roofs over extension area to rear, external wall insulation, removal of 2 no. chimneys, modifications to existing elevations and internal plan layout. The development also includes demolition of existing agricultural shed, decommissioning of existing septic and percolation area and the installation of a new proprietary waste water treatment system and polishing filter together with all associated site works
