Project scope

construction of new porch to front of dwelling, single storey extension to the rear, new flat roof to replace existing pitched roofs over extension area to rear, external wall insulation, removal of 2 no. chimneys, modifications to existing elevations and internal plan layout. The development also includes demolition of existing agricultural shed, decommissioning of existing septic and percolation area and the installation of a new proprietary waste water treatment system and polishing filter together with all associated site works
