Project scope

the construction of a single storey extension to the side and a storey and a half extension to the rear of an existing dwelling with internal and external alterations; for the partial demolition of the remains of an existing outbuilding; for the decommissioning of an existing septic tank and percolation area and the provision of a replacement wastewater treatment system and percolation area; for the provision of a new vehicular entrance and removal of an existing entrance; for the relocation of an existing agricultural barn structure; for a new private well; and all associated site development works. The proposed development is within the curtilage of a protected structure (RPS No.023-007)
