retention permission for changes to previously granted under Planning Reference 02/1057, a) Changes to fenestration to all elevations of the dwelling, b) reconfiguration of the internal layout at ground and first floor levels, including the relocation of chimney positions, c) changes to floor area at ground and first floor levels, d) conversion of the attic into a non-habitable storage with rooflights and windows, e) and omission of rear single story bay window. f) Changes to fenestration to the garage elevations, g) reconfiguration of the internal layout at ground floor of the garage, h) changes to the floor area on the ground floor of the garage, and i) conversion of the attic into a non-habitable storage with rooflights including all associated site works and services
