Project scope

for (i) The conversion and change of use of two-storey squash courts / fitness centre into a Bed & Breakfast facility comprising 10 no. ensuite bedrooms and a breakfast room, (ii) Alterations to the window and door openings on the elevations of the building, (iii) connection to the existing septic tank and percolation area which currently serves the adjoining public house. (iv) car parking area to the rear of the building and associated siteworks (v) flat roof metal clad canopy over the front door to the front (west) and side (south) elevations. (B) Planning Permission is sought for the following: (i) the removal of an external fire escape, (ii) the construction of a new internal compartmented stairwell, (iii) the provision of a new accessible ensuite bedroom / guest lounge at ground floor level, iv) The provision of a new fire escape window to bedroom 1 / guest lounge. (v) site development works to provide Part M compliant approach to the building and level access
