This is a change of house type to that previously permitted under PI Ref 24/60951. The proposed development also includes minor alterations to the permitted landscape plan in the immediate vicinity of the house. The site previously formed part of the demesne associated with Straffan Lodge (Protected Structure RPS no.B14-24-house).
