Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

for the demolition of existing single storey shed and the construction of new single storey extension to the rear of the existing detached dwelling comprising new master bedroom dressing room & ensuite, new utility/store room. Works will also include replacement of existing tiled roof finish with new zinc standing seam style roof, minor alteration to front of roof to extend roof over front bay window/porch, removal of ex. Chimney and other associated minor alterations to facilitate works inc. New roof glazing & alterations to kitchen facade at rear, minor landscaping etc
