Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

for the demolition of three existing extensions comprising of a front lean-to extension, south side pitched roof extension and rear flat roof extension. The new works will consist of construction of new single storey extensions to the south and north sides of the existing dwelling. Works also include re-roofing of the existing dwelling with a minor height increase, window alterations, renovation of the existing shed to the front of the site including minor roof height increase, installation of a new secondary wastewater treatment system with soil polishing filter, modifications to the exiting site entrance, landscaping and associated site works
