Project scope
The development will consist of the conversion of the existing attic to habitable accommodation, the construction of two dormer windows to the front (east-facing) roof slope, the construction of one dormer window to the rear (west-facing) roof slope, the provision of a new window to the south gable wall at attic level, together with all associated internal alterations, structural, insulation and site works.
