Project scope

a) the modification to existing rear single storey extension of the existing two storey dwelling, including 3 no. roof lights, b) alterations to the internal layout at ground floor level of the existing dwelling, c) the provision of solar PV panels on the existing dwelling, d) the relocation of existing overhead ESB wires, e) the construction of a two storey dwelling to the right-hand side of the existing dwelling, including single storey parts to the rear and to the side, f) the construction of canopy structures to the front and rear of the proposed two storey dwelling, g) the provision of solar PV panels on the proposed dwelling, h) the extension of the existing roof to connect both dwellings, i) the subdivision of the rear garden to provide separate gardens to each dwelling, j) the provision of a paved terrace to the rear of both dwellings, k) alterations to drainage, l) alterations to front and side boundary treatments, m) removal of existing storage sheds, n) landscaping, permeable paving, rainwater harvesting butts, gravel soakpits, all associated site and other works.
