Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

(1) The removal of the existing conservatory to the rear of the existing house, the removal of the existing garden shed and the removal of the existing garage to the side of the existing house. (2) The provision of a single storey extension to the rear of the house. (3) The provision of a two storey extension to the side of the house. (4) Alteration of the existing pitched roof to include: The removal of an existing chimney stack, the provision of new rooflights and the replacement of the existing concrete interlocking tile finish with new slate finish. (5) The provision of a new extension at first floor level to the front of the existing house. (6) Associated alterations to all elevations including the provision of external wall insulation and a new windows. (7) The removal of the existing external vehicular ramp and the alteration of the front landscaping to provide parking at street level and the provision of new external steps.
