Project scope

Permission is sought for the extension and alteration of existing detached two storey with pitched roof four-bedroom dwelling to include; the partial demolition of extensions; modifications to external walls and removal of chimneys of the original house; external insulation and brick cladding to existing structure; construction of zinc/brick clad, pitched roofed single storey element with roof extended to form canopy/pergola on west elevation with a brick clad, flat roofed, single storey element adjacent on the West elevation facing Woodbine Road; a one/two storey flat roofed element clad in brick to the east/south elevations facing Woodbine Park; an East facing dormer window with a West facing skylight at attic level; in total increasing the internal floor area by154sqm. The development also includes the provision of a bin and bicycle enclosure adjacent to the existing vehicular entrance, the replacement of the existing brick boundary walls (along Woodbine Road and Woodbine Park) with metal railings mounted on a granite plinth to a height of 900mm, landscaping works, and all associated site development works.
