Change of use and conversion

Project scope

The development will consist of the following: (1) Change of use from ‘office’ to ‘science and technology’ use with ancillary office accommodation at fourth floor level (c.477sq.m.). (2) Provision of laboratories, associated workspaces, stores, plant rooms and associated internal modifications. (3) Installation of additional HVAC equipment within an existing plant area at roof level (c.46sq.m and up to 3m in height from roof level), together with associated ducting and plant infrastructure. (4) The removal of one car parking space at Basement Level -1 to facilitate the installation of a generator (c.6sq.m.), along with associated ventilation ducting on the south elevation (3m in height from roof level). (5) Provision of additional plant infrastructure at Basement Level -2 (c.9sq.m.). (6) All associated site development and services work on a site of c.0.074ha.
